Trust a Thai operates solely as a digital marketplace to connect service providers with potential customers. We do not employ or endorse any service providers, nor are we a party to any agreements or transactions between users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of the services listed or provided by users. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for resolving disputes between users, though we may, at our discretion, investigate complaints and take appropriate action as outlined in these terms.

4. Service Listings and Provider Responsibilities

Service providers can list various services, including but not limited to pet care, home services, and personal care. All listings must be accurate, truthful, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Providing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of your account. Service providers are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, or insurance required to perform their services legally in Thailand.

5. Reviews and Points System

Our platform features a review and points system.

Reviews: Users can post reviews of services they have used. Reviews must be truthful, fair, and based on genuine experiences. Subscribers can view and reply to reviews.

Review Abuse Policy: The integrity of our review system is critical. We have a zero-tolerance policy for review abuse, which includes, but is not limited to: Posting fake reviews (for services you have not used). Defamation, harassment, or using the review system to post malicious or defamatory statements. Using the threat of a negative review to demand refunds or other benefits. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any reviews or content that violate our policies.

Points System: Our platform features a points-based system that helps boost the visibility of services. These points can be accumulated through platform activity and used to gain priority placement in search results. The specific criteria for earning and using points are subject to change at our discretion.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our platform in a legal and respectful manner. You are responsible for all content you post, including reviews, comments, and listings. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or harmful purposes, including: Posting false or misleading information. Violating the intellectual property rights or privacy of others. Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities. Posting inappropriate, offensive, or hateful content. Distributing spam, viruses, or other harmful code. Violating any of our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies and to take any action necessary, including account suspension or termination, at our sole discretion.

7. Subscriptions and No Refund Policy

Our platform offers a paid subscription that provides the following benefits: Viewing customer reviews. Boosting the visibility of your listed services. Replying to customer reviews. Access to premium features for a specific period (e.g., 1 month or 1 year).

No Refund Policy: All subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for any portion of the subscription period remaining after cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, images, logos, and our proprietary software, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Thailand and other jurisdictions. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without our explicit written permission.

9. Data Privacy and PDPA Compliance

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).

Collection and Use: We collect and process your personal information to provide our services, improve the platform, and ensure compliance with our legal obligations. Your Rights: Under the PDPA, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of your personal data. 10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account, access to the platform, and any subscription privileges, without notice, if we suspect any breach of these terms. In the event of termination for a breach of these terms, no refunds for subscription fees will be issued.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or losses resulting from your use of or inability to use our platform, or from any services obtained through the platform.
